So my mum had some complications during the surgery but she came out ok, just more pain. It was due to an old medical problem from many years ago. I stopped by to see her last night and brought her flowers (no, not these flowers) and she seemed good. Hell, she had a morphine drip and I didn’t so all in all she was doing better than me =)

One of my favorite photography styles in bokeh. To me it’s taking something so natural and making it almost abstract. I like to find something like a flower or even a person and try to shoot it in a new way, at least to myself. I like to try to trick my camera with a shot, twist the image so much it becomes something else entirely.

My SIL has these flowers that are on a vine. We didn’t know what they were but I just now looked up purple flower vine and finally found it. It’s a clematis. So beautiful!
