i love both shots but you’re right, there is something magical about the first shot. sometimes that blur just ‘works’

I enjoy the first picture a lot. It always seems like the photos people take that “aren’t done right” are the best ones.

I also love the cat’s nose on the right side.

I prefer my macro lens for many things. It makes softer images. I like how you captured him not looking at you and the hood is a nice element. Fun, fun, fun:-)
