I am a child, family, pets, couple and wedding photographer. Photography is a passion for me, I cannot ever imagine not capturing pieces of the world with my camera. More than anything I love bringing out personalities and making them memories.
So we wanted to make something a little different for Thanksgiving this year and I happened to come across this Cranberry Upside-down Cake thanks to Pinterest. My idea, that’s what I do I recommend recipes to my husband and offer my suggestions since I don’t bake, was to mix up the cranberries with some raspberries. I must admit, it was absolutely delicious. It’s a perfect dessert for this time of year.

With lack of funds lately I figured a fun thing Erik can do from time to time is to cook, which he’s really amazing at. I gave him this recipe of Everyday Chocolate Cake and it’s of no surprise that it was delicious. I liked this cake particularly because it doesn’t have frosting with it. As I’ve grown older I’ve come to like frosting less and less. It’s a very simple dessert and just a few bites can satisfy your chocolate craving.
