We have a bunch of local farm stands near our house and we love to visit them. Someday I hope we can do most of our shopping this way because not only are farm stands good for local business but everything just seems so much better. We even have a place right down the street where we could get fresh milk delivered, we keep talking about how great that would be but that just seems too extravagant for our lifestyle right now.

Monday, July 6th, 2009We had the opportunity to go to our first neighborhood party even though we’ve lived here for 3 years. We’re not very good at being social as we are both pretty shy but we do try. It was great to see such a nice group and I got to get my face painted.
