I’m in a rut. I need to get beyond taking pictures of food, trinkets, my cats and my husband. There is almost nothing to shoot outside, everything is grey and brown. I’m really ready to get to the next season, for things to start happening outside. What do you do to break up the monotony?

So Day 15 of Project365 and here is my new lens: 85mm f/1.8 and at first when I tried it I was so confused. But what I normally do when something confuses me I just keep playing with it until it starts making sense. I’m already really enjoying my lens and learning a lot.
